Interior Package

An interior finish package consists of:

  • Inside walls framed with 2x4 girts
    horizontlly approximately 24” on center.
  • 1” Styrofoam board insulation installed
    against the concrete floor between posts
    (keeps moisture away from insulation).
  • R19 fiberglass insulation installed in
    perimeter walls, R30 Blown Cellulose or
    Fiberglass in Ceiling.
  • All doors and windows finished out with
    painted metal trim.
  • 2x4 kickboard with custom trim to cover
    (side metal sits on top of this)
  • Ceiling and walls covered with 29 ga.
    Interior liner panel
  • Access hole to attic area with matching
    ceiling cover
