Footings

Holes are augered into the ground approximately 48” deep and typically are from 18” to 36” in
diameter, depending on the specifications required by a licensed engineer.

On smaller structures, precast concrete pills are placed in the holes as a footing with screte. Posts
are set in on the footing and backfiled around with dirt taken out of the hole and tamped in place.

On larger, high and side structures, a premix concrete truck is utilized on pour concrete around the
posts for stability to the structure.
